Meet Ana

After graduating from the Faculty of Sport at the University of Ljubljana, I spent a decade guiding cycling tours. During those journeys, I saw how movement and nature help people open up. 🚴‍♀️🌿

That experience led me to study marriage and family therapy, where I discovered how deeply connected our bodies and emotions are. Through Relational Therapy, I’ve learned the importance of recognizing feelings not just in our minds, but in our bodies too.

My approach blends physical activity, emotional awareness, and the healing power of relationships — offering a holistic path toward growth and self-understanding. 💜
